The City of Miami Beach is a coastal city that extends on 10 miles of blue water from 23rd Street all the way up to 87th Street. The City of Miami Beach is divided into three sections: South Beach from South Pointe Park to 23rd Street, Mid Beach from 23rd Street to 63rd Street, and North Miami Beach from 63rd Street to 87th Street.
The City of Miami Beach has the second highest housing density in the East coast region of the United States – following New York City, and is well known for its beautiful sandy beaches and prime location that made this area one of the most popular living environments in the world because of the paradisiacal scenery and its luxury waterfront condominiums and resort hotels.
