Aventura – North Miami Beach
The City of Aventura is a suburban area located in the northern part of Miami-Dade County near the Dade-Broward County line, west of Miami Beach.
The City is home to luxury condo apartment buildings and single family homes with intercostals and water views. Aventura has been the choice for many people to raise a family because of the family atmosphere.
Despite the fact that the area has no beaches, it is full of amenities: golf courses, marinas, open malls and the famous Aventura Mall, Florida’s largest shopping mall and the thirds largest in the United States – behind the Mall of America outside Minneapolis and the King of Prussia Mall outside Philadelphia. The Aventura Mall is in the process of expanding its facilities.
